North Umpqua

The north Umpqua River starts around Diamond Lake in the Cascades and runs west through Roseburg before joining the South Umpqua River and heading to the coast. Along the way there are numerous waterfalls and wonderful swimming holes. The BLM campground at Susan creek has been a favorite of ours for years, with visits almost every year.
